"It starts here. From its field of roses, the Dark Tower cries out in its beast's voice.” This particular piece is based off of Stephen King’s “The Dark Tower” and shows Roland Deschain wading towards the Dark Tower through a field of bright red roses. The original was commissioned in Colored Pencil and was 11x14”. This piece took a lot of time to complete and is now available in the form of prints!
Signed/Limited Giclee prints will be printed on the highest quality paper. They are archival, signed and number by the artist, and are true to the original size, 11x14”. There will be 100 of these made and once they are gone, no more will be done in this way! Giclee prints are perfect for collectors and are made to last; as vivid a hundred years from now as the day they are printed.
Open Edition prints on the other hand are cheaper alternatives to the Giclee prints! These prints will have an unlimited number of prints made, are on thinner and smaller paper, and are not considered to be truly archival. That being said, they are a fantastic, cheaper alternative to Giclee prints! The colors still look fantastic, and the artist is in control of the printing process! Two sizes of open edition prints are available, 5x7” and 8x10”. Due to the difference in size ratio, a bit of the surrounding edge of the piece will be cropped.
